This Seafood HACCP virtual course registration page is a resource for trainers who need to register a new SCP Course, a new Segment 2 Course, or change the format of a course that has already been registered and approved.

Review the policies below to ensure you are able to meet the requirements of hosting a remote training event.

How to register a virtual ‘Segment Two Course

Please submit your course applications no later than 20 calendar days prior to your course start date. If your course is not approved before your course start date, course certificates will not be issued to the participants.

For a previously approved in-person course registration that you would now like to deliver remotely —

How to register a virtual ‘SCP Course

The SHA has approved the SCP to be conducted as a virtual course.  The policies outlined below provide options for remote delivery. They include detailed requirements that MUST be followed if the SHA Sanitation Control Procedures (SCP) Course is delivered remotely.

Please submit your course applications no later than 20 calendar days prior to your course start date. If your course is not approved before your course start date, course certificates will not be issued to the participants.
