Strategic Plan - Goal #2
 

Goal 2:
Broaden the scope of AFDO membership to include more members who work with or for the drug or medical device industries.

Action Steps:
Action steps describe the steps we will take to achieve our goals and implement AFDO’s strategic plan.  The action steps are tied to goals and say specifically what has been done.

 

Actions Completed in 2003:

¨       Conducted a pharmaceutical workshop in Puerto Rico in April 2003.

 

¨       The Executive Director issued a special invitation to the members of PIA to attend the 2003 AFDO Educational Conference in Chicago, and to consider becoming members of AFDO.

 

¨       All speakers who were not AFDO members (20) were provided membership for the remainder of the year.  Membership packets were mailed, including a membership card, certificate, and a personalized letter thanking them for their commitment.
